There was a period of time when my favorite steak restaurant was Mastro's and I loved coming here.  However, the past couple of times I've gone, the food was just mediocre.  I'm not sure if there's a new chef but the quality has definitely gone down.

Whenever I shop at The Grove, we always stop by here for brunch or dinner.  I like the food for brunch a lot better than dinner.  I like their fondue as well so I always order that as an appetizer.  The french onion soup is pretty good too.

Cut is currently my favorite steak house. My favorite dish is definitely the bone marrow flan. The pork belly was mediocre, the japanese wagyu was a little too fatty for me, but the american wagyu was perfect. The chocolate souffle and onion rings were pretty good, but the other sides were pretty forgettable.

I’ve been a STK a couple of times and LOVE their bread. haha. I thought the steak was okay but I actually like the happy hour food a lot more.

Charlie Palmer used to be one of my favorite steak places in Vegas until I discovered Mastros and CUT. I went to Charlie Palmer - Costa Mesa for a dinner and it was pretty decent. Although we did not have any entrees, we were pretty full. I did not like the bacon wrapped dates but everything else was pretty good.
