Cut is currently my favorite steak house. My favorite dish is definitely the bone marrow flan. The pork belly was mediocre, the japanese wagyu was a little too fatty for me, but the american wagyu was perfect. The chocolate souffle and onion rings were pretty good, but the other sides were pretty forgettable.
