This was my second time trying the 16 course tasting menu at Joel Robuchon since the first time I went, I used an old camera and the pictures didn't come out that great. :( 

The first time we did the 16 course tasting, every dish contained white truffles and this time they changed it to black truffles. Overall the food and service was great, the food presentation was awesome and it's definitely an experience I would recommend everyone trying at least once.

My favorite dish is still the crab meat caviar. I can't seem to get enough of it so I will definitely go back!

We had the 16 course tasting menu and it was pretty good! Almost every single dish contained white truffles so after the 5th dish, I was a little sick of them. My favorite dishes were the caviar, and the foie gras. The bread and dessert carts had so much to choose from!

I loved the food at Alex. We ordered the tasting menu with the wine pairing and by the third course, I was full. My favorite dish was definitely the butter poached lobster with sweet corn custard. The 72 hour braised wagyu short ribs were pretty good as well.
I just started taking pictures of food so the quality sucks. I also forgot to take some of the dishes because I was so eager to eat them. haha
