I come to Octopus frequently for lunch since it's pretty close to work. I'm usually not to fond of Korean/Japanese restaurants but I seem to end up here a lot. The food is just mediocre but it's a pretty good deal. I've never been here for happy hour or reverse happy hour but I'm sure they have some great specials.
